  • Weds 10.15am, 2pm, 6.15pm
  • Fri 10:30, 11.15am

For mum's post natal recovery, babies (non-mobile or early crawling) are welcome and we will provide sensory activities and toys for babies. This will only run in term time, the courses are 6-week blocks. To register your interest please email or text 07703 116284. JOIN AT ANYTIME.

Who is it for?

New mums from 6 weeks+ post natal. Depending on the type of delivery you had determines when you are safe to commence the class. You can start the course at any point in your first year post natal

Why choose our classes at Belper Pilates Studio?

All classes are run by a degree qualified Physiotherapists/Health Professionals. We pride ourselves on high quality and safe the teaching of Pilates. We have completed the Australian Physiotherapy & Pilates Institute (APPI) Mat Work and Post/Antenatal training; this is a minimum of 2 years training. It is firmly established as the leading force in the delivery of safe and effective Pilates teacher training.

After completing your post-natal rehabilitation you can continue to maintain your strength and fitness by attending one of our mat-work or equipment classes. TIP: Beware of poor imitations of Pilates that has been re-branded, unfortunately unlike Physiotherapy, Pilates is not a protected name so check the instructors qualifications before attending a class.

Payment is required in full to secure your place, this maybe made by cash or cheque made payable to Belper Rehab Physio & Pilates Studio or via BACS (please request details).
